The Immense Impact of Long COVID on Workers, and What Employers Can Do About It
Project Description
In 2022 I acted as a market strategy and thought-leadership consultant for Inclusively, a workforce inclusion platform that connects job seekers with disabilities to employers who are committed to attracting and retaining previously hidden talent. I presented the idea of hiring a third-party research partner to conduct a study around the impact of long COVID on the workforce, understanding this newly-recognized disability that is covered by the ADA but massively underreported and misunderstood.
