While many companies tout their recruiting and retention activities in the DEI space, very few are taking active strides when it comes to the largest minority population in the world, the disability community. I worked with HR tech startup Inclusively on a white paper to educate CHROs on the strategic advantages of broadening their employment pathways to reach this traditionally marginalized community.
